Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines
- Create multi-platform campaigns for digital, social, and print media
- Lead design sprints and workshops with cross-functional teams
- Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and conduct portfolio reviews
- Present design concepts to C-suite clients with strategic rationale
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing Fortune 500 work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience leading design systems and style guides
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
