Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from concept to implementation for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and design systems ensuring cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create seamless digital experiences
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders using compelling narrative frameworks
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and visual systems
- Proven track record of designing for both digital and physical touchpoints
- Experience working with international brands across diverse cultural contexts
- Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design rationale
