Responsibilities

- Create digital-first campaigns including UI/UX mockups, motion graphics, and interactive experiences
- Lead design sprints and workshops to align stakeholders on creative direction
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across channels
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional design experience with portfolio showcasing brand campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design systems
- Experience leading design systems implementation at scale
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field
