Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from concept to execution, including identity systems, campaigns, and digital assets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual strategies that align with business objectives
- Create compelling design systems and style guides ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing workshops
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with articulate storytelling and rationale
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience developing brand guidelines and design systems
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to clients
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience in fast-paced agency or startup environments
