- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create cohesive digital experiences and product interfaces
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders with compelling strategic rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design direction
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within agile workflow frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio demonstrating B2B tech expertise
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Proven ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and brand architecture
- Experience leading cross-functional creative teams on large-scale projects
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent portfolio strength)
- Proficiency in motion design and 3D rendering software preferred
