Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities and visual systems from concept to execution
- Lead design sprints and creative workshops with cross-functional teams
- Create digital and print collateral including campaigns, packaging, and environmental graphics
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design excellence across all deliverables
- Collaborate with strategy team to align visual solutions with business objectives
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies in the creative field
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience leading design projects and managing junior designers
- Ability to translate complex brand strategies into compelling visual solutions
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing both print and digital brand systems
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
