Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand systems including logos, typography, and color palettes
- Create digital and print assets for multi-platform campaigns
- Lead design workshops with C-suite executives and marketing teams
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Analyze market trends to inform design strategies
- Present concepts to international clients with persuasive storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand design with 3+ in senior roles
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus)
- Experience in B2B tech or cultural sectors
- Strategic thinking with business acumen
- Agile project management certification preferred
