Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
- Create cohesive visual campaigns across digital platforms, packaging, and environmental design
- Collaborate with strategists and UX designers to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with compelling rationale
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design excellence standards
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience at a top agency or in-house creative team
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and execution skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and user-centered design principles
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships
- Relevant degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
