Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Create digital and print collateral for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Lead design workshops with clients to align on brand vision and strategy
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure cohesive digital experiences
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders and executive teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing major campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy development and implementation
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into visual solutions
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
