Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities and design systems for high-profile clients
- Create motion graphics, UI/UX mockups, and campaign assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Lead design workshops and client presentations to articulate creative vision
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize design performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional design experience with 3+ years in brand strategy
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complete brand identity projects
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with SaaS or fintech clients preferred
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
