Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Create multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and experiential media
- Lead design workshops with cross-functional teams to align creative direction
- Maintain and evolve existing brand guidelines for global clients
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional brand design experience with agency-side background
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ complex brand system launches
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and managing client relationships
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
