Responsibilities

- Create compelling digital assets including UI/UX mockups, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes
- Lead design workshops to align stakeholders on creative direction and brand strategy
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building sessions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging design trends and competitive benchmarks
- Present design concepts to executive leadership with data-driven rationale
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional design experience with 4+ in brand identity development
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions
- Strong presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
- Certification in UX research or interaction design preferred
