Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and visual guidelines
- Create digital and print assets for campaigns, packaging, and experiential activations
- Lead design sprints with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visual solutions
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Present concepts to C-suite clients with strategic rationale and market insights
- Stay ahead of design trends through continuous research and experimentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand design with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable systems for diverse industries
- Proven ability to balance creative excellence with commercial objectives
- Experience managing client relationships and project timelines
- BFA/MFA in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions
