Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities and visual systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns, packaging, and experiential design
- Conceptualize and execute design sprints using Figma, Adobe CC, and 3D tools
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Present design narratives to C-suite executives with persuasive storytelling
- Optimize designs for cross-platform consistency across web, mobile, and print
Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand design with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Cinema 4D
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable brand systems and campaign launches
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design systems architecture
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and client stakeholders
- BA/BFA in Design or equivalent professional certification
