Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from concept to execution, including logos, packaging, digital campaigns, and environmental graphics
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create cohesive digital experiences
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with strategic rationale
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development sessions
- Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to innovate client solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with a portfolio showcasing 10+ major brand projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, typography, and color theory
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and managing client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
