Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes
- Create digital and print collateral campaigns aligned with client business objectives
- Lead design workshops and client presentations to articulate creative strategy
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining high-quality design standards
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within agency environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional brand design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience developing brand guidelines and style guides
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative execution
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
