Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional brand design experience with global portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual communication principles
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals
- Experience leading design systems and style guides
- Fluency in English and German for international collaboration
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional certification
