- Develop comprehensive brand identities and design systems for enterprise clients
- Lead creative direction for digital campaigns and print collateral
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Collaborate with strategists to translate business goals into visual solutions
- Present concepts to C-suite stakeholders with compelling narrative frameworks
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints using Figma and Adobe Suite
Qualifications
- 8+ years of brand design experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning brand campaigns for tech or consumer brands
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience mentoring designers and fostering collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for digital design implementation
