Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex drug discovery projects from target identification to pre-clinical validation.
  • Design and execute in vitro and in vivo experiments to assess candidate efficacy and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medicinal chemistry, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications
