Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative beverage product roadmaps aligned with market trends and consumer insights
- Lead cross-functional teams in formulation, sensory testing, and regulatory compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing waste and optimizing production processes
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging opportunities in the beverage landscape
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee pilot plant operations
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in beverage R&D with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching 5+ successful commercial beverage products
- Expertise in formulation, sensory analysis, and regulatory compliance (FDA, FSMA)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification a plus
- Advanced knowledge of global beverage markets and emerging trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
