Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for 12+ new beverage concepts annually, incorporating exotic ingredients and sustainable sourcing
- Manage cross-functional teams including mixologists, food scientists, and packaging designers
- Develop innovative production processes ensuring scalability and cost efficiency
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking for strategic positioning
- Oversee sensory testing protocols and quality control across all product lines
- Present new concepts to executive stakeholders and international franchise partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives in sourcing and packaging design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Hospitality Management with 5+ years beverage R&D experience
- Proven track record of launching 10+ commercially successful beverages
- Expertise in exotic ingredient sourcing and tropical flavor profiles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (HACCP, FDA, Singapore AVA)
- Advanced proficiency in sensory evaluation and statistical analysis tools
- Experience managing P&L for product development projects (min. SGD 500K/year)
- Certification in Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP/FSSC 22000)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
