Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable APIs and microservices using modern languages (Python, Go, or Java).
- Lead architectural discussions and drive technical decisions that impact product scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize database queries and system performance to ensure low latency under high load.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
- Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one major language (Python, Go, Java, or C++).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
