Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs to support our core banking platform.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures to ensure data protection and compliance with PCI-DSS and GDPR regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize database queries and application performance for high-throughput environments.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Integration: Collaborate with frontend teams and third-party fintech partners to ensure seamless API integrations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in the Fintech or Banking sector.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Cloud: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure.
- Security: Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
