Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust, scalable automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Lead the integration of comprehensive automated test suites into the CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployments.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on complex system defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to define acceptance criteria and drive a 'Quality-First' culture.
- Develop and execute rigorous performance, load, and stress testing strategies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, providing expert guidance on code reviews and testing best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality engineering with a focus on automation.
- Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Proven track record of building automated testing frameworks from the ground up for microservices.
- Strong expertise with DevOps tools and cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Advanced experience in REST API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
