Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Optimize LLM inference pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and infrastructure teams to build scalable data ingestion and training pipelines.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model performance, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and system design.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML research and translate them into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and machine learning engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning paradigms.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models at scale.
