Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for production-grade AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI features into our core product suite.
- Optimize neural network architectures for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and software craftsmanship.
- Lead technical initiatives to improve data quality, training efficiency, and model interpretability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Expertise in Python and high-performance computing (C++/CUDA knowledge is a plus).
- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining large-scale LLMs in production environments.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
