Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and pipelines for large-scale data sets.
- Optimize transformer-based architectures for inference speed and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into our core product ecosystem.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve unique domain-specific problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and codebase maintainability.
- Perform rigorous evaluation and testing of AI models to ensure fairness and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a deep understanding of hardware acceleration (CUDA).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
