Responsibilities

- Collaborate with research scientists to prototype and validate novel AI algorithms.
- Conduct code reviews and foster engineering excellence within the AI division.
- Monitor model performance and implement advanced MLOps practices.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with distributed training and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
