Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and direction for brand identity campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop cohesive creative concepts.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial sketches and mood boards to final production-ready assets.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design technologies, and best practices to keep our work fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Art Direction, preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and exceptional typography and layout skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
