Responsibilities
- Develop integrated creative campaigns spanning print, digital, and experiential media
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and videographers
- Present creative concepts to C-level stakeholders and executive boards
- Manage project budgets and timelines for high-profile client engagements
- Mentor junior creatives and foster a culture of artistic innovation
- Collaborate with marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency
- Stay current with emerging media trends and technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative leadership experience in advertising/design
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning campaigns across diverse media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-channel projects
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, or Communications
- Experience pitching to enterprise clients ($1M+ budgets)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for digital campaigns
