What You'll Do:
You will oversee the visual direction of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring every touchpoint resonates with our clients' target audiences. Your work will define the visual language of some of the world's most recognizable brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual identity and creative direction for high-profile marketing campaigns and brand refreshes.
- Mentor and inspire a talented team of designers, illustrators, and junior creatives.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to align creative output with business goals.
- Present concepts and final art to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Manage the creative workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current design trends, typography, and emerging digital technologies.
- Review and approve all creative assets for consistency and quality control.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or Creative Strategy.
- A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, and brand identity.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of print, digital, and social media design requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to non-creative stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
