Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and design proposals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino.
- LEED AP or equivalent green building certification preferred.
- Valid Professional Architect license (AIA) or eligibility for licensure in New York.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and technical proficiency.
