Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Integrate sustainable materials and cutting-edge BIM technologies (Revit/ArchiCAD)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and MEP consultants
- Present design solutions to high-profile clients and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance protocols
- Mentor junior designers and drive innovation in material applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end architectural design
- LEED AP/Well AP certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential and commercial projects
- New York State architectural license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proven track record in complex urban zoning and code compliance
