Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design development through schematic and construction documentation phases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interior) for seamless project execution
- Develop 3D visualizations and immersive client presentations using Rhino + V-Ray
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, ADA, and LEED certification standards
- Manage client relationships from initial pitch to project completion
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative residential/commercial projects
- New York State Architect License required
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
