Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Coordinate MEP and structural engineering teams
- Develop sustainable design strategies and LEED certification plans
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D visualizations
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers and interns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch required)
- 8+ years of progressive design experience
- NY State Architect License required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio showcasing high-end residential/commercial projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in NYC building codes and zoning
