Responsibilities
- Lead design development from conceptualization to construction documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and sustainability consultants to ensure integrated design solutions
- Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control for 3-5 concurrent projects
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and technical workshops
- Research emerging materials and technologies to push design innovation boundaries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field with 8+ years of professional experience
- Registered Architect (RA) license required
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion)
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- Experience leading projects valued at $5M+
