Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development for high-profile mixed-use and residential projects
- Produce detailed technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants) to ensure cohesive delivery
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance reviews
- Present design concepts to clients and planning authorities with compelling narratives
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality standards
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM methodologies across all phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from RIBA Part 1/2 accredited institution
- 8+ years post-qualification experience with UK-based architectural practice
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of securing planning permissions for complex developments
- RIBA Part 3 registration or equivalent professional certification
- Demonstrated portfolio featuring award-winning residential/commercial projects
- Expert knowledge of UK Building Regulations and London Plan guidelines
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate design philosophy
