Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptual sketches to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines for high-profile developments
- Integrate sustainable design principles and BIM modeling workflows
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers and interior designers
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and secure regulatory approvals
- Mentor junior designers and maintain quality control across deliverables
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- Registered Architect license (NY State) required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating luxury residential/commercial projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
