Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual development and detailed design for high-end residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive design solutions
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings
- Conduct client presentations and manage project milestones
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards (LEED/BREEAM)
- Oversee BIM modeling and 3D visualization workflows
- Mentor junior designers and foster studio innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end design
- Proven portfolio of award-winning projects in urban environments
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Exceptional presentation and client management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion
