Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation for mixed-use and institutional projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications using Revit and Rhino
- Conduct client presentations and design workshops to articulate vision and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining rigorous quality control standards
- Research and integrate sustainable materials and passive design strategies into project solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance (NYC Building Code, ADA)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 7+ years of professional experience in high-end commercial/residential design
- Registered Architect (NY State license) required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven portfolio demonstrating complex spatial solutions and material innovation
- Strong understanding of NYC zoning regulations and construction methodologies
- Exceptional visualization and presentation skills with client-facing experience
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring design teams
