Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and project timelines for high-profile developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Develop innovative design solutions compliant with Singapore URA regulations
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban projects
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Prepare compelling presentations for client pitches and regulatory submissions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design
- Registered with Singapore Board of Architects (BOA) or equivalent
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Proven portfolio of award-winning projects in Singapore/Asia
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and URA guidelines
- Exceptional conceptual and technical drawing skills
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation abilities
