Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Develop innovative space plans and material palettes aligned with client brand identity
- Manage BIM coordination using Revit and AutoCAD for complex multi-story projects
- Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and regulatory compliance reviews
- Present design proposals to executive clients and stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining strict project timelines and budgets
- Integrate sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems into all designs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification strongly preferred
- Proven portfolio demonstrating luxury retail and hospitality projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and ADA compliance
- Exceptional client management and cross-functional collaboration skills
