Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for high-profile projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design systems
- Manage client relationships and project stakeholders
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects and design team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Present design concepts to clients and review boards
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture license (NY State)
- 10+ years of commercial architecture experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from accredited institution
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating large-scale urban projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes
- Experience leading design teams of 5+ professionals
