Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and façade engineering systems
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Ensure adherence to ADA, NYC Building Code, and LEED standards
- Prepare contract administration and construction phase services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive architectural experience
- NYS Architect License (required)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating large-scale urban projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and construction regulations
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
