Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for large-scale architectural projects
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site analysis, code research, and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and technical guidance
- Develop sustainable design strategies aligned with LEED and WELL standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies like parametric design and BIM
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of Illinois building codes and zoning regulations
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams
