Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct rigorous research to advance the state-of-the-art in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and product managers, to integrate AI models into production pipelines.
- Write and publish high-quality research papers and contribute to open-source projects.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce resource consumption for large-scale deployments.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on model architecture and training strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong theoretical foundation in statistical learning, optimization, and linear algebra.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformers, or generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR).
- Excellent programming skills in Python and C++.
