Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and research prototypes.
- Lead complex projects in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams to deploy scalable, production-ready models.
- Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and validate model performance against industry benchmarks.
- Publish high-impact research papers and actively contribute to the open-source community.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior data scientists and research engineers to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical storytelling.
