Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision applications.
- Lead high-impact research initiatives to explore novel architectures, algorithms, and training methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deploy scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, statistical analysis, and model validation to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and industry trends to integrate breakthrough techniques into our product pipeline.
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) and contribute to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or advanced software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
