Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning architectures.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy models into production.
- Write and publish high-impact research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Design rigorous experiments to validate model performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research and development within the AI/ML domain.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Experience with distributed training systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
