Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex NLP and computer vision applications
- Lead research initiatives to advance AI capabilities in multimodal understanding and generation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and contribute to open-source projects
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Develop scalable ML pipelines processing petabytes of diverse data sources
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong publication record at premier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large-scale model optimization
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from research to deployment
